How does purchasing a property from your site work?
It’s easy, and we make it straightforward and quick for you as a buyer. First, let us know once you have selected a piece of land you are interested in purchasing. We encourage you to visit the property and will give you directions and answer your questions. Second, now that you are ready to buy the land, we will send you a Real Estate Agreement to sign. Your Earnest money deposit will be sent directly to Chicago Title. Third, we will also sign the agreement, and forward that on to Chicago Title. They’ll take it from there!
Are you real estate agents?
No, it is not necessary to be a real estate agent nor a Realtor® in order to sell vacant land in California. Also, you are not legally required to have a real estate agent to buy land. Buying direct from us eliminates the middleman, and that means no commissions for you to pay!
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
Yes we can! Let us know what you want – size, amenitities, location, usage plans, and budget – and if we will do our best to find the perfect piece of land for you!
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
No way! In a regular sale, we use the Chicago Title Company to handle our closing paperwork and money, and your closing costs will include title insurance.
Why are your properties so cheap?
We are passionate land wholesalers, working hard to find you the best land at the best price! We price our properties well below the market value on purpose, and as a result, our properties sell quickly!
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
As mentioned above, our closing paperwork is processed by the Chicago Title Company (an esteemed Fortune 500 company) to make sure that you have a safe, professional buying experience from start to finish. Title insurance is included with your land purchase. In addition, all funds in the transaction are handled by Chicago Title, to give you piece of mind.
